This Client Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Borderless Visions ("Borderless Visions", "we", "us", "our"), a United Kingdom based international education advisory, and the person named in the acceptance record created when this Agreement is accepted ("you", "the Client").

This Agreement applies to the service package you selected at the point of acceptance, together with the price shown to you at that time. Any written package description, inclusions list, exclusions list and refund statement shown with your selected package at the time of acceptance forms part of this Agreement.

Where you are purchasing services for another person (for example a parent purchasing for a student), you confirm that you are authorised to enter into this Agreement on that student's behalf and that the student agrees to its terms.

Borderless Visions provides advisory, guidance, application preparation and administrative support services in relation to study in the United Kingdom, and such other services as are expressly described in your selected package.

Depending on your package, our services may include: an assessment of your profile and goals; university, course and city shortlisting including budget-led guidance; document review and preparation guidance; preparation and submission of university applications; liaison with universities and education providers on your behalf; guidance on offer conditions, deposits and enrolment; scholarship or funding application support where expressly included; study visa application guidance and document preparation support; and pre-departure and arrival guidance.

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We act as an advisory and application support service. We are not a university, we are not an admissions body, and we are not a government department or immigration authority.

Unless your package expressly states otherwise, our services are advisory in nature and do not constitute regulated legal advice.

University admission cannot be guaranteed. Final admission decisions are made solely by the university or education provider, applying their own academic criteria, entry requirements, capacity limits and internal policies.

We will advise you honestly on the strength of your profile and the realistic likelihood of an offer, and we will only submit applications that we consider suitable. Nothing we say about the likelihood of an offer is a promise or warranty of admission.

Where your package includes a specific written admission-related promise (for example a stated "no offer, no consultancy fee" commitment), that written promise applies on its own stated terms and forms part of this Agreement.

Scholarships cannot be guaranteed. Scholarship, bursary and funding decisions are made solely by the awarding university, provider, sponsor or funding body.

If Borderless Visions undertakes scholarship application work for you, £50 GBP of your agreed service charge is allocated to scholarship application and administration work. Once substantive scholarship work begins, this amount is retained regardless of the scholarship outcome, subject to your statutory consumer rights.

"Substantive scholarship work" means work that goes beyond a general conversation about funding, and includes (for example) researching and shortlisting specific scholarship schemes for you, preparing or reviewing scholarship statements or supporting documents, completing or submitting a scholarship application, or corresponding with a provider or funding body about your scholarship application.

Where no scholarship application work is undertaken for you, no part of your fee is allocated to scholarship work under this clause.

Visa decisions are made by UK Visas and Immigration. Borderless Visions cannot guarantee visa approval, processing times, appointment availability, or the outcome of any biometric, credibility or compliance check.

Where your package includes visa support, we will guide you on the applicable requirements, help you assemble and check your documents, and help you prepare for the process. Responsibility for the truth and completeness of the application and its supporting documents remains yours.

We do not control, and are not responsible for, changes to immigration rules, fees, English language requirements, financial requirements or processing procedures introduced by the UK authorities after this Agreement is accepted.

You must provide genuine, complete and accurate information and documents. This includes academic transcripts and certificates, identity documents, English language test results, financial evidence, immigration history, and any information about previous refusals or adverse immigration decisions.

You must respond to our requests for information, documents, approvals and payments within a reasonable time, and you must tell us promptly if your circumstances, plans or documents change.

You must not ask us to submit, and we will not submit, any information or document that is false, forged, altered, plagiarised or misleading. We may suspend or terminate our services immediately, without refund of work already performed, if we reasonably believe that you have provided false, forged or misleading information, or asked us to do so.

Any deadline we communicate to you is set by the university, provider or authority concerned. We are not responsible for opportunities, intakes, scholarships or appointments missed because of information, documents or payments provided late by you or by a third party.

The total amount payable for your selected package is the price displayed to you at the point of acceptance and recorded in your acceptance record. Unless expressly stated, our fee covers only the Borderless Visions services described in your package.

University fees, visa fees, the Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS), English tests, admissions tests, accommodation, travel and other third-party charges are not included unless your selected package specifically states otherwise. Third-party costs are payable by you directly to the relevant organisation and are set by that organisation, not by us.

You are responsible for any bank charges, card fees, currency conversion costs or transfer fees applied by your payment provider. Where a price is displayed in a currency other than the currency of your payment method, the exchange rate applied is that of your provider.

We may pause our services where an agreed payment is overdue, having first told you and given you a reasonable opportunity to pay.

Where you are a consumer purchasing at a distance, you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of entering into this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement removes or limits your statutory consumer rights.

If you ask us to begin providing services immediately, including during any applicable statutory cancellation period, and you then validly cancel after work has begun, you may be required to pay for the services already supplied up to the point of cancellation, in proportion to what has been supplied, as permitted by law. Your consent to an immediate start is recorded separately from your acceptance of this Agreement and is never assumed.

Your refund rights depend on your selected package, services already performed and your statutory consumer rights. Any specific refund promise shown with your package forms part of your agreement.

Where a refund is due, we will make it using the same payment method you used, within 14 days of the date on which the entitlement to the refund is established, less any amount properly retained for services already supplied.

Refunds are not available where services have been fully performed, where an application outcome is unfavourable despite our services having been properly delivered, where you withdraw from or abandon the process, where you provided false or misleading information, or where a third-party fee has already been paid to a university, provider or government body on your behalf.

You may end this Agreement at any time by written notice to info@borderlessvisions.com. Amounts properly payable for services already supplied remain payable, subject to your statutory rights and to any written refund promise applicable to your package.

We may end this Agreement by written notice if you materially breach it, if you provide false or misleading information or documents, if you behave abusively towards our staff or partners, if an agreed payment remains unpaid after a reminder, or if continuing to act for you would place us in breach of any law or professional obligation.

On termination we will, where practicable, hand over the status of any live application and copies of documents you have provided.

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this Agreement or of our failing to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not liable for admission decisions, scholarship decisions, visa decisions, accommodation decisions, or for the acts, omissions, delays, fees or policies of universities, providers, testing bodies, embassies, government departments, landlords, airlines or other third parties.

Except in respect of liability that cannot lawfully be limited (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation), our total liability arising out of or in connection with this Agreement is limited to the total fees you have paid to Borderless Visions under it.

We are not liable for business losses, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss arising from events outside our reasonable control.

We process your personal data in order to provide the services described in your package, to comply with our legal obligations, and to keep a record of this Agreement and its acceptance. Our lawful bases are performance of this contract, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in maintaining accurate records.

We share your personal data with universities, education providers, funding bodies, testing organisations and, where relevant to your application, immigration authorities and our service partners, only to the extent necessary to deliver your services.

We keep a durable record of this Agreement, its version, the individual confirmations you gave, the date and time of acceptance, and (where legally appropriate) the IP address from which acceptance was made, in order to evidence the terms agreed between us.

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability in respect of your personal data. To exercise them, contact info@borderlessvisions.com.

Each party will keep the other's confidential information confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or is necessary to deliver the services.

We will communicate with you by email, telephone, WhatsApp or video call using the contact details you provide. You are responsible for keeping those details accurate and for monitoring them, including your spam folder.

Formal notices under this Agreement should be sent by email to info@borderlessvisions.com and, to you, to the email address in your acceptance record.

If you are unhappy with any part of our service, email info@borderlessvisions.com with the details. We will acknowledge your complaint within five working days and aim to provide a full written response within 20 working days.

This Agreement is version BV-CLIENT-AGREEMENT-v1.0-2026. The version you accepted, and its full text, is preserved unchanged in our records.

We may publish a new version of this Agreement for future clients. A new version does not alter or replace the version you accepted. Where a change to your live services requires new terms, we will ask you to accept the new version separately, and a new acceptance record will be created.

This Agreement, together with your selected package description and price as shown at acceptance, is the entire agreement between us in relation to the services.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force.

Neither party may transfer its rights or obligations under this Agreement without the other's written consent, except that we may transfer this Agreement as part of a business reorganisation, in which case your rights are unaffected.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
